10/1/08 -- I'm so sorry, but I am having a lot of problems with the website editing software, and it won't let me post the chapter notes.  Please see me asap if you are missing any notes for Chapter 2.  ~Mrs. Marinaro

PowerPoint Tip: I do not suggest printing the notes slide by slide.  It is best to copy them into your notebook; however, if you must print, go to the print menu and choose to print the document as handouts with 6 slides per page.
