Mrs. Hart-Winner's Story |
![]()

Once
upon a time there was a little girl who dreamed that she would grow up and
become a Psychologist. Well, that didn't happen. But she studied hard and became
a Clinical Social Worker instead. She worked for many years in private practice
and soon accepted a teaching position as an Assistant Professor at an area
college. She married and loves being mom to Nicholas and Kaitlyn. Mrs.
Hart-Winner substituted at her children's school one semester and fell in love
with teaching. She has worked as an educator ever since.
She continues to work at the college and enjoys teaching First Grade at St.
Ursula.
Nicholas will be a sophomore at Loyola Blakefield this year and Kaitlyn will be
an eighth grader here at SUS. Mrs. Hart-Winner enjoys spending time with her
children, watching them dance, listening to Nicholas play the piano and watching
football, especially the Ravens! She hopes to be able to take the children to a game this year.

Mrs. Hart-Winner knows that she has the best job in the world! To echo a former first grade student: "First Grade Rocks!"
