2009 - 2010 School Year The Fifth Grade will be taking their field trip on Monday, April 26, 2010. We plan to take a guided walking tour of Annapolis. The trip will include visits to the City Dock, the Maryland State House, and the U.S. Naval Academy with stops at the Chapel and John Paul Jones' Crypt. As part of this tour we will take a boat trip on the "Harbor Queen". The children will eat their lunch on the boat. We have room for 40 chaperones. The cost is $25 per student and $30 per adult. ALL ADULTS MUST BE STAND APPROVED TO ATTEND THIS TRIP. To be STAND approved means you have attended the viewing of the video, completed the paperwork, and have received your card (a copy of this card may be requested if Mrs. Lorber can not find your name on our list). Please get this taken care of as soon as possible. We would love to have as many people attend as possible. This has been a wonderful trip each year. Permission slips will be coming home in March but we wanted to give you some time to get the STAND training and also to save up for the trip.
